Withdraw from contract

This page is for customers who placed an order with Solalma Ltd in the EU. You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You will receive an electronic confirmation by email after you complete both steps below.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at play@solalmacards.com before the 14-day period expires, or use the “Withdraw from Contract” function available on our website.

Once you have notified us, you must return the product to us within 14 days. The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will issue a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost you paid — within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that you have returned it, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
