Is this a real game or more of an activity?
Solalma is a guided activity with game elements. Each round has a Giver and a Receiver, and you follow the cards step by step. There's no winner or loser. The goal is to relax and connect, not compete. You can also skip the game format entirely and simply follow the massage cards in order for a full body massage session.
How long does a session take?
One round takes about 10–15 minutes. You can play as many rounds as you like by switching roles. If you follow all the massage cards in order for a full body massage, it takes around 45 minutes. You set your own pace.
Do we need any massage experience?
None at all — you can be a complete beginner. Each card shows you exactly what to do with a clear illustration and short instructions.
Is Solalma for all couples? Is it LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes — the game is for all adult couples, whether you've been together 6 months or 20 years. The language and illustrations in the cards are designed to be inclusive and feature diverse couples.
Is it appropriate to gift?
