1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Solalma ("we", "us", "our") to you ("customer", "you"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at play@solalmacards.com with your order number.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the property of Solalma and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solalma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
