Shipping

We ship across the European Union from our fulfilment centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Bulgaria, Romania, Greece: 2–4 business days
  • Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia: 3–5 business days
  • Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark: 4–9 business days
  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus: 5–10 business days

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Solalma experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help. ❤️

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it, no questions asked. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email play@solalmacards.com with your order number. You can also use the Withdraw from Contract form. Return shipping is your responsibility — we recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive the item, we'll refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at play@solalmacards.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out straight away — replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Not eligible for return

Items that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
